| Tasting Note: The 2005 Reserve Chardonnay is the first of our Oldbury Range. The fruit was carefully selected from a premium site within the Southern Highlands district. A fine well balanced chardonnay showing citrus, pineapple and sweet vanilla aromas. The palate is full flavoured, fruit driven with elegant nutty characters. This combination has been achieved through ripe cool climate chardonnay barrel aged in American oak for a period of 9 months. Enjoy with: This wine would be best suited to creamy poultry dishes or lighter meat dishes. |

| Tasting Note: Hot on the heels of our highly acclaimed 2007 Botrytised Sauvignon Blanc we have blended a small parcel of botrytised Sauvignon Blanc with Semillon from the Riverina which is the Australian home of the sticky. Our Blend has produced a very elegant wine showing delicate semi-dried peach notes with up front gooseberry aromas. A balanced and excellent fine acidity, luscious but not cloying mouth feel.
