Tastings
Southern Highland Wines offers a unique experience for both wine enthusiasts and those just looking for a relaxing and informative enviroment. Taste the excellent SHW Estate wines in the open plan cellar door area with its floor to ceiling glass walls with view of the winery. Meet winemaker Eddy Rossi, enjoy tasting his latest Southern Highland Wines estate releases, wines produced from our best vineyards along with some special wines only available at the winery.

The easy going and informative approach by our staff will give you a valuable insight to the wines of the estate as well as an awareness of the Southern Highlands region and its growing wine industry.

The Cellar Door is open for your discovery, tasting and sales from 10.00am to 5.00pm each day except Good Friday and Christmas Day.

Tours
The Vineyard and Winery tour
Wine is sometimes regarded as a bit of a mystery. Here at SHW we will take time to explain how our wines are made. Join us for a fascinating journey from the vine to the bottle .

After walking the vineyards you will have a tour of the winery with its walls of French oak barrels and ten metre high stainless steel fermentation and storage tanks, where you will learn more about the winemaking process. The tour includes an equally informative tutored tasting of the SHW Estate selection. We invite you to enjoy the flavours and delights of the Cellar Door Cafe following your tour.

The guided tour and tasting will take place daily for who ever visits. Groups by arrangement prior to visit, minimum number 4.
